G Suite for Education has Google Drive and its varied distribution tools as its core. Through the use of Google Docs, Drive, Gmail, Forms, Jamboard, Groups, calendar, and more, teachers can create virtual classes, track document changes, participate in discussions, and more–what many teachers have been doing for years, but in a formal package that can also serve alignment across classrooms. G Suite for Education provides free business features to K–12 and higher education institutions and homeschool co-ops. If your school has sophisticated IT needs, consider G Suite Enterprise for.
June 2018, G Suite for Education (GSfE) became available for free to homeschool co-ops. Co-ops may gain access to the program by receiving a code from their state’s homeschool association, the FPEA.
To be eligible, co-ops must meet the eligibility criteria for the program with Google and be an FPEA recognized co-op.
Eligible for GSfE:
● Classical Conversations
Google requires that a co-op own a website domain for establishing a G Suite account.
Not eligible for GSfE:
● Individual family (single family)
● Support groups (just homeschool parents, doesn't involve students)
What if I’m not eligible?
● For those that are not eligible, such as individual families, you can use your personal Google accounts to use Classroom and other products, and you can also set up kid accounts for your children.
2. Request Code
If you are an FPEA recognized group, email [email protected] to request the code.
Each code must be generated individually. You should receive a code from the FPEA within 24 to 48 hours of submitting this form.
If you are NOT a FPEA recognized group, please complete the group application here.
3. Sign-up with GSfE and Wait for Approval

- Follow the instructions in the email to sign-up with google.
- Google will review and complete applications on their end.
